Contribuisci feedbackI visited this restaurant yesterday on 5/20/22 and had a disappointing experience. When I arrived, I had to wait for over an hour and then they were unable to find my order. They eventually located it in the warmer, but the pizza was extremely bland with very little cheese. I was truly disappointed with the taste and quality of the pizza. The service was chaotic, with the pizza maker and cashier seeming unsure of their roles. The girl handling the boxes tried her best, but seemed overwhelmed and unable to handle the workload alone. The management of this restaurant definitely needs to be reevaluated.
I placed an order from this restaurant on a Saturday around 3 o'clock for delivery at 5pm. However, I received a notification from the restaurant at 4:30pm that my order was out for delivery. By 5:45pm, my order still had not arrived so I called the restaurant. After waiting almost 20 minutes on the phone, I was informed that my order was mistakenly sent to DoorDash and then later corrected that it was still at the restaurant waiting for a delivery driver. Sadly, I never received my pizzas. This was a disappointing experience from start to finish.
This place should not be allowed in Shaker Heights. The manager was rude to me when I asked for a remake of my pizza and still received the old one. She said "it is what it is"... unacceptable! If they truly value customer feedback, they need to address this behavior. How can companies allow such poor service without taking action? It is clearly a major issue. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and urging companies to improve the service at this establishment.
I have never received my order, tried to call the restaurant and was taken into operation for over 6 minutes and then suspended.
I will NEVER spend any of my money at this location again!!! I placed an order for delivery, and when my order came the driver told me that they only prepared half of my order cause the other half of the order wasn't showing in their system properly. And instead of calling me to get the order situated before they sent it out, they still sent it out for delivery knowing it was wrong!!! Then I call up there to get an explanation, they put me on hold for about 10 minutes then take me off hold and sit the phone the counter for another 5-10 minutes and not talk to me at all. This is probably one of the most unprofessional things I have ever had to deal with. They won't get another dime from me ever again!!!
