Jersey Mike's Subs - Shakopee

First off shame on the people who gave one star because they were not open. In regards to the store, the staff was super friendly, and performing well during a rush. Clearly there is some growing pains, but considering it is the opening week, I have to say the experienced staff was doing a great job of mentoring the new staff, and the new staff appeared to be enthusiastic and willing to learn. Also, unlike most places, this location was fully staffed making the wait timeminimal. The direction of this location looks promising.

I?m so happy to have a JM by me finally! I love this little shop, everyone is very kind and fast. My food is always soooooo good! Check it out! I love The inside too and the tables , it?s a nice little area!

Been there 4 times now and everytime they aim to please and my food was perfect. Place is clean, well staffed and the kids working there are friendly. I actually went for tacos at a nearby place but they closed early tonight so, more Jersey Mike's for me!!

We order JM almost every Sunday for supper. Twice now our order has been wrong. When I contacted them their customer service (manager) sucked . I am going back to the Savage store. We have never had a problem there.

They make my sub bowl perfect every time! #13 Mike's Way, no tomatoes, EXTRA PICKLES. : They actually give me extra pickles every time. Other locations in the area don't.
