Kfc - Shakopee

15 minute wait for a chicken sandwich? C?mon man. there were 3-4 people standing around doing nothing, you should never be out of chicken.

Really great food and staff. So happy that this KFC is here. So few left but they do a great job.

Ordered my food with the app at 4:17 p.m app said your order will be ready by 4:33 p.m. I go inside at 4:30 I was the only person in there other than a few drive through patrons. They immediately asked to help me I said online order and gave my name.I stood there for 10 more minutes waiting and nothing so at 4:42 I asked if I could get my food l. I see the chicken warmerracks are full. I then asked for the manager. A short guy with a black shirt asked my name he then opened a bag and tossed in mychicken and said here you go. Customer service was not good at all.

The dining area is nice since the remodel. Had to ask for napkins, then again for butter and honey. The chicken tenders were good, but starting to price themselves out of my rotation.

Need to bring back the buffet. They are still acting and treating people like cobid is still in full effect. My chicken was cold as was the potatoes and gravy. I was pretty disappointed.
