Contribuisci feedbackI visit this restaurant occasionally and understand that the prices can be high. However, I believe the quality of the food and the flavors justify the cost. It's a small operation, and while it may not be my perfect choice, on a chilly night in Shakopee, if you're craving Thai food, it's worth paying for. Thank you for the amazing drunken noodles with shrimp tonight! Stay warm, everyone, and Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!
Incredible green curry! I regret not taking a photo because it looked so delicious that I couldn’t resist diving in. The egg rolls were fantastic, and the accompanying sauce made them even more delightful. Christina was a wonderful host, and I will definitely return! Thank you!
The restaurant itself was clean, and the advertisements on the walls were visually appealing. However, the banquet-style tables and chairs left something to be desired in terms of comfort. Regarding the food, I tend to agree with a few other reviews that claim it’s excellent. Personally, I found it just okay—not bad, but not great either. The food was hot, and while some mentioned the portion sizes were small, I felt quite full by the end of my meal. I had a nice dish with cabbage, pork, and bean sprouts, and I wished it had tasted as good as it looked. One point I definitely agree with is that the prices are quite steep. The menu stated that the drunken noodles I ordered were $16, but I was charged $19 at the register. And $3 for a can of soda? Ouch! Since I was traveling for work and didn’t have to pay myself, I know I wouldn’t want to bring my family here at $25 a person. I could easily find better food for $100 elsewhere. I initially intended to go to Jersey Mike's, but this place caught my eye. Maybe next time I’ll just stick to getting a sandwich.
This place is absolutely amazing. I saw some complaints about the price point of the food, but this is quite standard throughout the country. $50 for two people is normal today for most places. If you want a cheap Asian cuisine, go to Panda Express, but you?ll still $15 $25 per person there depending on what you get, so I don't understand the foot here. If you want to try something else than a family business, go here. If you? re like me reading reviews to know if the food was good and not every?s opinion on the price take mine considered: The food is absolutely amazing I honestly think they only have things on the menu that they know how to cook well because you won?t be disappointed by something here. The cream puppets, egg rolls, Padthai and Lomein were absolutely delicious and served in large portions. I had two cream puppets, one of the huge egg rolls and the lo mine (which I was only able to eat halfway). The owner was very friendly and charismatic and brought our food out in time. The food was fresh, was brought out at the perfect temperature and had a great taste profile. You can honestly add what you want?s on the menu. Do you want more vegetables? Please. Do you want more protein? You have 6 different options. Honestly, we loved the food and enjoyed our time there.
I had the red curry with shrimp. We had yellow curry and mixed vegetables and Spring rolls. Red curry was very good, yellow curry not so much and mixed vegetables was good. The spring rolls were very good and huge! You get 3 but 3 can share as they were huge. My first thought that it was too expensive but after seeing the serving sized and the quality I think it's worth it. However I'd rather go to a nice sit down restaurant and pay about the same. I would get it to go next time.
