Contribuisci feedbackI first visited Zupa around 20 years ago when they first opened since I worked at the nearby hospital and needed something quick and filling. The young owner had an excellent attitude, provided great customer service, and served fantastic food! Now, I return with my young daughter, and I have to say the staff remains fantastic, and the food quality is consistently excellent and delicious! If you're looking for a tasty home-cooked meal in a welcoming and clean environment, I highly recommend giving this place a try.
I understand that gluten-free buns can be tricky, and there aren't many good options available, but the sandwich I received was almost laughable. It contained barely half the amount of chicken salad compared to a regular sandwich. If you're gluten-free, I would recommend reconsidering. It might be better to order a standard sandwich and bring your own bread instead. Don’t waste your money like I did.
For $30.00, I received a very basic sandwich, a bag of chips, and a pint of tomato soup. I requested extra bacon on my sandwich, was charged for it, but didn't receive any. The tomato soup tasted like marinara or pizza sauce—not the creamy tomato basil I expected! The bread on the sandwich was dry and flavorless, nowhere near what I saw in the pictures online. I’ve attached my photos. I will definitely not be returning; it was a complete waste of $30.00. That was just disappointing—there's no way that was tomato basil soup.
ALWAYS CLEAN ALWAYS ASOME FOOD ALWAYS PHENOMENAL STAFF
Great bread. Awesome soups. Fresh ingredients. Fantastic flavors. Do not confuse with a similarly named competitor. This is the real deal!
