Dunkin' - Shaler Township

This is one of the best Dunkin' locations I've been to! My niece always requests to go here on Wednesday nights, and it's always a great experience. The only issue I've encountered is that when I visit in the mornings, they often run out of donuts and drinks.

Additionally, the store had switched to drive-through only, so when I realized they had forgotten my donut and the extra egg I paid for, I wanted to go inside to sort it out. However, the doors were locked. I tried calling the store from outside, but there was no response. The line had grown even longer since I arrived, and I couldn't afford to wait another hour for them to correct their mistakes. I left a negative review on their mobile app, and the manager called me. I explained the situation, and she attributed the issues to being short-staffed and undergoing retraining. She promised to send me a voucher for a sandwich and a donut to make up for it and said she would mail it that same day. However, it’s been two weeks, and I have yet to receive that voucher. It’s clear that the quality of staff reflects on management. The $12 I spent on cold brew and the incorrect sandwich was not worth the hassle I experienced. I think I’ll stick to small businesses that demonstrate more competence.

The dirtiest place I have ever seen for a donut shop. If you don't care about the bathrooms, I can only imagine how dirty the rest of the shop is. Planned on making a purchase, but when I saw this, decided no way would I get food here.

Bad experience. Gave us completely wrong drinks. We got back into drive-through line only to find out they didn't have the drinks (hot chai latte) to begin with. They actually just gave something else without telling us and of course took our money.They replaced the drinks but didn't give a refund. They didn't account for cost difference. The donuts were good!

This is one of the best Dunkin' Donuts locations I've ever visited. The staff is friendly, and the place is clean. It's definitely worth stopping by for their coffee, donuts, and breakfast sandwiches. My personal favorite is the maple bacon croissant!
