Carmine's Oib - Shallotte

I absolutely adore this restaurant - the food is always fantastic, the service is top-notch, and the owner is incredibly friendly. I have to say, they make the best Italian sub in Ocean Isle Beach.

It took almost 2 hours to get 2 pizzas. you burned down. demanded thin crust, but not thick, certainly not thin. sauce was just perfect. that could be a great little place if they could be organized. Doesn't it seem that there's any prep! owner barefoot? will not go back.

This restaurant has potential to be great if they were more organized. It seems like there is no preparation done. The owner was even barefoot. We will not be returning.
