Starbucks - Shallotte

I was having a moment an couldn 't really barely get my order out. The ladies on morning shift were amazing an left me a lovely note saying we hope your day gets better an took care of it. It was so very beautiful. I appreciate all the woman. It brighten day.

Unreal. Poor service. 15 minutes to get a black, hot coffee. Usually takes 15 seconds at even the busiest Starbucks you will visit. I don?t blame the workers in full. I don?t think that the Brunswick County/Shallote labor pool can support something like a Starbucks.

If you know me, you know I love good coffee and have my preferred brand (BLACK POWDER's Frying Pan Tower Signature Blend) ... that said, the good staff at the local Starbucks made me feel right at home when passing through the other day and grabbing a cup of hot black stuff n a bagel. Watch out for the parking lot entrance exits though, it is a maze to navigate and is very tight!

Super great staff! They always get my items out on times despite the crowds and they?re always extremely positive. Drinks are always made to my liking and the food items are never stale or nasty. They stay decently stocked with popular items and if they don?t have something I?m looking for they always offer alternatives. Wonderful location!

Employees are always very nice, friendly and helpful. Bathrooms very clean. Lots of seating space inside and patio outside has comfortable chairs and shade. Drinks have been made right every time.
