I've already began to eat it so no pics but, EVERYTHING is always fresh, seasoned perfectly and the price is right. Been going here for years and never disappointed. The food is good, however The employees at this establishment are very nasty. It seems as if the prices increase as the days go on. They charge you a fee for EVERYTHING. Even if you order one size crabs pls keep in mind that the sizes will be inconsistent. Don’t waste your time, just go to uncle joes, whose food is far more tasty! Service: Take out

I’ve been going to Franks for a while now and service and quality of food is quickly declining. The size of the crabs are inconsistent, if I ordered a dozen I wholeheartedly believe there are mixed sized crabs in my order. Also the customer service is declining as well on multiple occasions my order total was higher than the price I was told over the phone. I hope these reviews are taken seriously changes are made to avoid losing more customers.

Called to order crabs today and I never did this before. I had many questions on how many and what to buy. I actually asked for them earlier than they would be ready. I was told no problem he was coming in a little early to start cooking. So very helpful and accommodating. Answered all my questions and never made me feel stupid. Service: 5
