Taco Bell - Sharonville

This Taco Bell location has consistently been the worst I have visited. The employees are rude and the quality of the food is terrible. On my last three visits, my soda was completely flat. Today, I decided to test it again and once more, the replacement soda they gave me was also flat. When I asked for a refund, they refused and insisted I keep the flat soda in my car with only one cup holder. When I refused, they became angry and even tampered with my food. This place is run by incompetent individuals.

I waited in line for 45 minutes behind two cars before me to get my order at this restaurant. The drive-thru had walls on the side and the line was so long it extended into the street. When I finally got my order, it was completely mixed up - I received a combination of Baja Blast and regular Mountain Dew to drink, even though I had only asked for regular. Despite the confusion, I couldn't help but laugh at the situation and wonder how this place operates.

The restaurant is hit or miss, but tonight was absolutely terrible. I waited 20 minutes for my order even though it wasn't busy. When I got home, I discovered that two out of three items were wrong. I received three soft tacos instead of one beef and two potatoes. The tacos were not made correctly, as they were missing lettuce and were very cold. When I tried to call and complain, I was put on hold for a long time and then hung up on. When I called back, no one answered. Additionally, the staff were unfriendly and unapologetic.

I tried to get food from this place several times and was unsuccessful every time. shortly before 9:30 a.m. on a Wednesday because they say they were closed and were not able to turn off their lights. very inconsistent and I wish that company would update their hours weekly, as they do not see being constantly open.

This is supposed to be a beefy 5 layer. What is this disgusting thing! And I asked for no ice in my Baja blast. When I told him it was supposed to be no ice he just looked at me and said sorry about that. Didn’t even offer to replace my drink. I called and no one will answer. I want a freaking refund.
