Pollo Tropical - Sharpes

I enjoy Pollo Tropical because I appreciate the slightly charred flavor of their grilled chicken breast. They may use liquid smoke on their meat, but regardless, I enjoy it and consider it a healthy option. I particularly like their mashed potatoes because they contain real potato chunks, and the corn is decent. However, the Mac and cheese is not good. Despite this, everything else is decent. My only issue is that they sometimes mix up my order, but this seems to be common in fast food restaurants. I really like their all-natural lemonade, and the price is reasonable for the quality of food you receive. It would cost around 10 to 12 dollars per person at the grocery store to get the same food, not to mention the additional time and effort required to cook it.

I had to wait for over 18 minutes for my food, despite there being only one other customer in the restaurant. The general opinion is that the food quality has declined compared to before the pandemic. I do not plan on returning.
