Blutaco - Shasta Lake

Overcharged x3 I come here often, I'm disappointed that I was charged 3 times for nachos. The cashier/cook had my debit card for several minutes as the machine was not working. I just got paid so I know $5.35 would process. He messed with the machine and kept putting my card in and out of the machine. I became worried and while in line waiting for him to give me my card I looked up my online banking and 3 separate charges went through. I showed him my phone and how I was charged 3 times. He argued with me. I asked for a phone number or a way to reach a manager he told me that was illegal. They just lost my business and I would not trust them with any card.

Normally we love there crunchy tacos. And I look forward to eating there when I'm in town. But this time was different. The tacos had hardly any meat or cheese. Sad to say but after 3 tacos each we were all still hungry.

Horrible, ordered a super burrito literally all beans no meat. The shake was ok but for 15 dollars for a shake and a burrito is not worth it for me personally coming back.

Bland and not good at all. I also question the cleanliness of the place. I'll take a hard pass on that. I ordered tacos and a burrito and I did not like the tortilla and the meat was not very flavorful. It looked dirty behind the counter and most of the tables were not cleaned. Also good on the floor

I just popped in for some quick Street Taco's. Cashier at the Drive Thru window was great!! I got my order and left. My Order was pretty messy like thrown together). My limes were in my taco?. could have been accident). I could not pick the Taco's up. No biggie I hate to complain during these crazy times. I returned for a fork and the female at the front counter looked at me like a jack a Seriously I was just here! I asked nicely for a fork as she rolled her eyes at me. Will Not Return.
