Flame Brazilian Steakhouse – Grand Casino And Resort

It seems there is an inconvenience in the service. I love the salad bar area and we have eaten here 4 times in the last year. I always want to give them the advantage of the doubt, but I am really disappointed in the service this time again. my man gets the full meal most often, but every other time he has to wait and wait until someone offers him meat. last night, four men with meat passed and offered it to the table next to us, but not to my man, although his green coin was on. he even asked our waiter several times on filet and someone came with him and offered it to the table of 4 next to us - but not us. for the first time, I could assume that it was a mistake and they thought that the meat wanted to table, but twice! I really started to annoy myself when I was ready to eat and my husband had hardly anything to eat. he finally has something filet – but how often should we ask for something? is not the point of this restaurant to offer meat selection to any table with a green coin? I am really disappointed over $84 $20 drinking money for crappy service. and we drove both 40 minutes away.

Love the flame. it has become one of our favorite places. amazing!

Underwhelming if you are familiar with Fogo or Texas de Brazil..

We always love going to Flame. It is delicious and we will go back.
