Blind Box Bbq - Shawnee

Iw was here a few times and I feel like last night wasn't as good as previous experiences. the burned e ds seemed very dry and the afteros had not so much on them eating was still good the service still decent, but eating could improve something.

Just had a great lunch at Blind Box BBQ. The burnt ends are some of the best I?ve had. the onion straws were overwhelming and the homemade chips were crispy and delicious. They are one of the best barbecue restaurants in Kansas City. The barbecue nachos are unique and very flavorful.

The food is delicious, good sized portions! The corn bake was amazing and so are the wings. Our waitress Evie was very attentive!

If you are in Shawnee Mission, this is a must eat location. Every bite was amazing from the onion straws to the baked beans and every delicious smoked meat. For exceptional service ask for Colby to be your server.

Great stop for lunch with the family. Food, drinks and service (thanks, Evie) was all great. Will definitely return. In particular, the Smoked Spin Dip, BBQ Wontons and Burnt Ends were all fantastic. The Apple Butter Old Fashioned is a fun twist on a familiar drink.
