Healthy food ready to heat up. Clean shop. Only microwave and you have a healthy meal. Good selection of meals.

This was my first time visiting. The guy working was very helpful and explained how everything worked and the types of food they had. The meals themselves were actually pretty good and easy to prepare. I purchased a few different ones to take for lunches at work. The only downside is they are a little pricey but worth it if you hate meal prepping on your own!

I love eat fit go, the food is great, and the staff is friendly! However, today is the second time I’ve drove out to shawnee to get food and the store has not been open at 10am on Saturday like it was supposed to be. Would recommend calling to make sure they are actually opening before driving over there.

Came to pick up my favorite salad that I was planning to have everyday for lunch....and found out they discontinued it. Unfortunately none of the other salads are dairy free, so they just lost a customer.

For the convenience, the price could be justified. But the food is so bland and disappointing that you're just left inspired to do a better job in your own kitchen.
