Starbucks - Shawnee

Barista named Erica at window was extremely rude. I politely explained that I would like to use a 50 percent off coupon and gave me attitude saying that she know and will put it in. While scanning my phone I accidentally turned it off and she just walked away without saying anything. Through out the whole payment process she was dismissive and talking to other coworkers instead of taking my payment. She started taking my payment again when she stopped midway and held her finger up at me and started taking another order through the headset. When I finally got my food I politely told her that I asked for no cheese. She snatched the bag out of my hand and gave me the right one. I tried being friendly knowing that she might be having a long day but I was only met with her giving me eye rolls and major rude tone.

I always get the Grande iced shaken espresso with oatmilk, two pumps classic syrup, and Grande iced matcha tea latte with one pump vanilla syrup, they are my favorite! Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Good Day to all who reads this review, this Starbucks at Shawnee Mission is very nice. The young lady that greeted me as I ordered my Pikes Place was incredibly nice and professional. She even asked me twice to ensure that right amount of cream was being poured. I used live here in Kansas City thirty years ago and the service in this town is still outstanding.
