Visited on 22nd October 2023 for Brunch whilst on holiday in Kansas. Absolutely the best restaurant we visited, best coffee, best food and best service. Not to be missed. Definitely a different vibe and good venue but if we're talking about food and customer service, I would say there's a lot of recommendations as a customer I would put forth. We had an appointment put well in advance (especially since it was the first time with our baby, which was put in the note whilst getting an appointment) to celebrate an occasion but there were no preps made prior to it which was a little disappointing. In regards to food, we ordered the arancini as the appetizer, Caesar salad and Castle Burger for the main course. It took them forever to bring the food to the table and with a baby, it was something that no parents want to look forward to. We asked the associates to get the food faster due to the baby but it took more than an hr even after the request, which lead to us having to pack them, hence unable to enjoy a celebratory lunch. The castle burger had candied bacon which gave flavor but overall was mediocre, the arancini was less in quantity but flavorful and the salad lacked quantity with the chicken undercooked and tasted raw. The wine was exceptional and would definitely go more for that reason. Price is higher and customer service has room for improvement.
