Chili's Grill - Sheboygan

As for the food, it was quite disappointing; everything was excessively salty. The long waiting time and lackluster service only added to our frustration. We typically enjoy dining at the Green Bay location, but this time we were in Sheboygan and it was a letdown. We ordered chicken strips, ribs, fajitas with rice, and lemonade, but everything was so salty it was almost inedible. The lemonade tasted like it had been used to clean the dishes. To the management, please take note and address these issues. My experiences at the Green Bay location have always been pleasant, but this visit was a huge disappointment.

I ordered to go and waited 45 mins in number 3 parking spot. She finally brought the food out and apologized and was very friendly. Pretty much the same as any other Chili’s. They run this one fairly well. The staff is large and regularly rotating which is common in nearly all restaurants these days. They are always friendly and attentive. Obviously that diminishes when they are very busy. My only complaints are that they don’t clean the menus, salt shaker, ketchup, etc. as often as they should, And when I get a burger and fries, the fries are cold and stale at least 2/5 times. My last visit was the worst fries I’ve been served. They must have been done at least 10 minutes before they got to me. They were room temperature and the temperature that day where I was sitting was 60 degrees. I needed my jacket on to be comfortable. Most of the time the food is great.
