Parker John's Bbq Pizza Sheboygan

We visited Parker Johns three times during our vacation in Sheboygan, and it was fantastic! The menu is extensive, and everything we tried was a solid 10/10. The staff was excellent, too. Sitting outside with a view of the river and the boats was truly beautiful, but the inside is just as nice! I highly recommend stopping by. If you do, make sure to try the Carolina pizza! It might sound like a strange combination, but you'll be amazed at how delicious it is. I'm really going to miss this place when we leave!

I'm so glad the restaurant we originally planned to visit was closed because that's how we discovered this gem. The food was fantastic! We ordered the Texas Two Step, which included brisket and St. Louis ribs. Our sides were chili, mac and cheese, and coleslaw. The brisket was incredibly tender and juicy – definitely not dry at all. My husband thoroughly enjoyed the ribs as well, noting that the meat was moist. The portions for the meats were quite generous. However, he thought the coleslaw and mac and cheese were just okay. The chili had a delightful smoky flavor.

The food was absolutely delicious! Our server was amazing—she interacted wonderfully with my kids and made them feel like mini adults when they placed their orders. The food arrived quickly and was cooked to perfection. We plan to come here as often as we can, and we have no regrets!

Truly a wonderful experience for the last night of a extended visit to Sheboygan, Wisconsin. Would highly recommend this restaurant for its generous portions and accommodating staff. I had the barbecue chicken salad yummy and the onion fries were great. My husband had the Ruben not what he was use to but good. His sweet tea never ran dry the waitress was wonderful. Ask for Katie!

The staff is very friendly helpful. This was our first visit. We will be back, for sure! My husband and I shared the Pitmaster 's platter. 3 meats (2lbs! and 3 sides with cornbread- all were so good! We tried the ribs, the brisket and the burnt ends. My husband just kept saying This is so good! Then we saved room for dessert- peach cobbler. Just as delicious as everything else we had! Great food, great staff, great place!
