Contribuisci feedbackI ordered food for delivery and it arrived ten minutes late. The delivery driver made me walk across the car park in the rain to get my cold and unappetizing food. The wedges were undercooked and hard in the middle, while the pizza was also cold. To make matters worse, they sent the wrong drink. When I called the store to complain, they refused to replace the food because my home was out of their delivery radius. I do not recommend ordering from here unless you want to risk getting a stomach ache the next day. Also, be prepared for rude staff members if you call to complain.
Avoid ordering from this company. Once they have your contact information, they bombard you with endless spam. Like many others online, I have attempted to block them and unsubscribe, even though I never signed up in the first place. I will definitely not use this mediocre company again. I have reported their unethical behavior. Absolutely appalling.
Ordered our food online, very easy to do and it was with us in under 30 minutes on a Saturday night. Pizza was great and arrived hot.
I very rarely order pizza from here these days, as they’re quite expensive, but there was a deal and I splashed out a little. I ordered a Ben and Jerry’s with my pizza order and when the delivery driver appeared there was no sign of the ice cream with the order. I asked him if he had it and even showed the order receipt, to which he replied “oh, I didn’t know what that was.” I’m then thinking, “then why didn’t you ask someone…it’s on the order, it’s clearly something the customer has paid for, why not ask about it? Take some initiative.” Now, I’m not a complainer, I rarely if ever complain or phone up about stuff like this, because I know that thee kind of jobs can be awful and I don’t want to be the reason the job is worse. However, on this occasion I did ring up and ask if someone was going to bring the ice cream round to me, as the driver had not been clear if he would. The first person on the phone acted as though she’d never heard of Ben and Jerry’s before in her life and then when I gave my address she behaved like I’d said it in French. She got another staff member who seemed a bit more like a functioning human and I then repeated the problem and he said that someone would bring the missing ice cream round. Needless to say, this didn’t happen. Therefore, I have paid for a Ben and Jerry’s phish food ice cream that I did not receive. This is the second time something has been missing from my order, because some of the staff appear to have no initiative.
Never book online with these absolute idiots... they don’t have a clue what the hell they are doing. I ordered a pizza a couple of weeks back now, and after 1 hour and 45 minutes I chucked the towel in and cancelled my order, We we’re past starving!!! I contacted the Chapeltown branch and spoke to a girl called Freya... she could not give me a direct answer and it seemed like it could be another week before I received my pizza... ive now been trying to get my money back for over three weeks and it’s impossible!!! I eventually got to speak to the buffoon of a manager, I really do not know how this fool gets out of his bed in a morning.. this was after leaving over 5 failed messages with none other than Freya!! Still not been refunded....they’re a joke. They need a proper manager down there.
