Domino's Pizza - Sheffield

One year ago, I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The staff was suspicious and very rude. They had no knowledge about customer service or how to talk to patrons. The manager was especially disgusting, lying about his name when asked. He claimed his name was R Hussain, but later admitted he was actually a cleaner named Razierknacker R Hussain. He was very rude and unprofessional, showing no manners. I would not recommend this place, especially because of the manager's behavior.

I ordered at 7pm on Thursday using the BOGOF deal. Pizza was due for 10-15mins for collection. I arrived in 10mins and they were both ready and one of my pizzas had been complimentarily upgraded to the next size!

Never a bad pizza from Domino's West Street. Great quality banter from the staff every time I go in for my collection deal.

I got sick literally after 4 slices. Plus, I did not even have the choice between sizes. But the Maghrebian was lovely.

Dear students please beware !!! Have two Bad experience ordering from Dominos Sheffield. the first time was personally visiting and ordering in their chain at west street, the Indian/Pakistan cashier was rude and disrespectful, he was pressuring us to order fast. He messed up our...order wrongly and gave us hawaian pizza instead of meateor what we had ordered. By the time we have already reached back out accomodation without checking so there was no point returning to debate. The second time was ordering online, 29/06/19 the delivery meal deal package comes with large pizza, garlic bread, wedges and chicken wings. However we received another wedges instead of chicken wings. We Tried calling the driver thrice to give us the correct order, and he hung up on us. In conclusion, dominos is decent in terms of food quality, but they have subpar customer service and unmotivated workers, it is small things they neglect that makes the whole experience a pain. will not be ordering from dominos again.
