Gypsy Queen, Hungry Horse - Sheffield

Covid 19 is a big thing right now. But tonight I have seen... Numerous tables mixing between each other. Lots of standing up. 8-9 people crowded round tables. Same entrance used for entrance and exit by people, and no staff stopping it, a member of staff sneezed into his hands, and people not washing hands after being to the loo

We had Xmas day dinner and It was lovely. Great value for money and the staff were lovely it made a very enjoyable meal and we will be booking for next Xmas ????

Come to watch the football. kitchen supposed to be open till 10pm!! Been told that the kitchen closed early due to it being busy during the day. Been here an hour no one around us eating!! Exactly the same as twice at Drakehouse Mill. Change your food hours if you can't be arsed to cook food till the advertised times!!!

As a mother of four any dinner time can be challenging but the staff is amazing at the gypsy Queen and I can't say I ever had a bad meal with them. Anything I'm not sure about or concerns they will look into for me. Overall a winner!

Absolutely awful customer service! The staff look down at you and speak to you like rubbish.
