Kfc - Sheffield

I visited the drive thru on the penistone rd kfc in hillsborough sheffield after ordering my food I drove to the window on my running gear around I passed one of the hired sat on the floor in a corner I smoke. to say at first sight I thought it was a homeless and wanted to buy them some food, but when I saw that the person had on a KFC jacket. to say that I was shocked is an understatement her uniform was disgusting dirty and I must admit that the food hygiene the rest was now in my head so much that I could not bring myself to eat the meal. and I cannot imagine buying something else from this restless until the dings should have changed it at least one no smoker policy with in the rest I hope the uniforms are clean every day, but after my visit today I doubt it very much. kfc hygienic must be above all at the top of the manager and employee ethos.

Everything in the box was terrible. dry and cold, fries soggy and the gravy was tasteless and watery. kfc for life turn off. hubby was sick at night, so also a health risk.

Ordered by only eating on 10/10/20 we ordered 4 meals only 3 arrived. it is difficult to eat (not their fault, which they only supply the food) they credited the meal back, but one of us went without. tonight we only ordered 2 meal times and they...managed to make them wrong! They missed our heavy and dips. immediately complained by e-mail, as his not only eats fault. will see what happens, I don't hold my breath.

Chicken portion sizes r3diculous get smaller and smaller. Chips not nice newer style don't work with the chicken . Staff often rude here . Little care or thought in delivery of goods while you wait at the window. Not a pleasant experience. Go less and...less . Neither quality of quantity and prices not cheap either for the product.

So glad other people have made mention of receiving the wrong orders. EVERY time we go to this KFC, the order is wrong. We have had no chips, variety meal with no strips or wings, boneless bucket with boned chicken! The last time we went....sunday...1pm....the person who served us on the till wasnt paying attention...gave us one drink, when we paid for 2, and the person making up the meals was busy having a conversation with his mate, and not paying attention...hence half an order we received. This ued to be a good KFC, but lately its getting bad due to lack of care or attention by the staff.
