My husband and I always have breakfast at Crystal Peaks every Saturday. The food is delicious, hot, and freshly prepared. The prices are reasonable and the restaurant is very clean. The staff are fantastic, very friendly, and professional. The service is great and the atmosphere in the cafe is lovely. I highly recommend this place. The toilets are conveniently located just around the corner.

I had a very disappointing experience at M&S Cafe. I mentioned that I have a dairy allergy and asked for recommendations, but was only offered a vegan cookie. The options for dairy-free meals were limited to chunky chips, coleslaw, or jacket beans, so I chose chips. However, I was surprised to receive only a small portion of very dry chips. Until they improve their allergy-friendly options and offer a better menu, I will be dining elsewhere.

We walked into town to have a good look arond. It was quite busy and we felt Covid safe. We drcided to have a cup of tea and an iced bun. Both excellent. It is a nice cafe.

I was needing the bathroom, and I was helped by one of the wonderful customer service staff, upstairs from the food court. I was so impressed at how understanding they were, regarding my desperation to go. Absolutely fantastic and I was so thankful for their...kindness. Well done M&S Fargate, Sheffield, for going that extra mile, and making me feel comfortable in a difficult situation during this Lockdown.

After taking a photo of the barcode for track and trace at the cafe reception, what is the next step? I looked on the website but there was no information about track and trace. Where can I send the information?
