The Picture House Social - Sheffield

We booked through open table, but when we came to the restaurant, they had no record of our booking, fortunately it was quiet. we had a floorless brunch on the website picture house socials so went out of this ground, but when we got, no one knew so that we couldn't do it. very disappointed we ordered from the normal menu and eating was good

This place is funny and quirky. Pizzas are delicious, but this is not a good meal. A game room and funky soundtrack from DJ in the bar area will start the party.

Such a beautiful old building that is being so lovingly restored. The food and service was perfect- friendly and informal and fun. We had the special pizza and garlic bread and it was so tasty. Iced water with fruit brought to the table with our drinks from the bar. Oil lamp burning on table and small arrangement of flowers. So quirky. Staff were attentive but not ott. Facilities clean and comfortable. Music not tok loud. We were attending an event at the picture house upstairs so were extremely happy to be able to enjoy such a lovely meal before the event.

This is the second time I have been to the picture house social for the pizza and prosecco deal for £25 (used to be £20 still worth it) the bar staff are friendly and lovely and our glasses were never empty, even with a large party next to us, we were never forgotten, I miss the polenta fries but the rosemary potatoes are incredible! I will be back!

Picture house did used to be our favourite spot for a bottomless brunch. However recent changes to the menu (less food choices and drink options and no polenta fries! aswell as an increase in price means we no longer see this as worth the funds sadly.
