This venue has a great atmosphere and live music, but the service during our bottomless brunch was extremely slow, which detracted from what could have been a wonderful experience. We did not receive the welcome drinks and nachos promised on the menu upon arrival. Our drink and food orders took a long time to arrive, which is crucial for a bottomless brunch where quick service is expected. While the waitresses were working hard, there were not enough of them to provide efficient service. The food was decent but arrived cold. After expressing our disappointment, a significant portion of our bill was discounted. This issue could easily be resolved by having more staff on hand. With Saturdays being a busy day for walk-ins and reservations, it is important to plan accordingly to avoid disappointing customers.

My family gathered for lunch on Sunday, August 13th. We ordered a variety of tapas and drinks, all of which were excellent. The atmosphere was very social with a great crowd of people enjoying their meals and cocktail classes. Despite only having one waitress taking care of many tables, she managed to deliver every food item and drink promptly and accurately. She remained incredibly pleasant throughout the meal, which was impressive. We hope she is well compensated for her hard work. This restaurant has not been reviewed since 2014, but our visit was just as good as it was back then.

Nice atmosphere, attentive staff and good quality food. I had chicken burittos and alcohol free mojito. Very tasty! Friend had the 3 for £15 tapas which looked good too.

My husband and I went for a romantic meal but ended up pretty disappointed Hubby ordered ginger beer chicken tacos and pain en tomate. (Like bruschetta.. tomato on bread) I ordered veggie tacos, nachos and patas bravas (wnuggets of fried tomato normally in a rich tomato sauce. The chicken was dry, overcooked and chewy, and had no ginger flavour at all. Hubby was happy with the pain au tomate. My vegan tacos were tasty My nachos were ok, very little cheese and no sour cream!!! My patas bravas arrived with a tiny squiggle of tomato sauce and when hubby and I ate one each, the potato was more or less raw!! I asked the server to take them back and at the end of my meal he brought me new or re-cooked ones, but they were cooked a little better but still undercooked! I sent them back again and asked for a refund. I would not have received this had I not gone to the bar and made sure they did it. The staff polite but very little in the way of apology was given. We were both pretty disappointed that our wedding anniversary meal was a flop. We will not be returning.

The service at this restaurant was awful - slow, forgetful, and we had to wait 40 minutes for a single drink during bottomless brunch. The food was okay, but there were no condiments. I do not plan on returning.
