Thank you for a wonderful quiz! I felt safe in a clean and friendly atmosphere, even with the new curfew in place. I hope they raised a substantial amount for Macmillan. Well done!

I’ve always loved Phoenix, even before it closed, and I’m still enjoying my time there since it reopened. It’s a safe and friendly place with a great atmosphere! The drinks are nice and cold, and we always leave with big smiles and full stomachs. Kudos to the entire Phoenix team!

I really didn't want to have to share this experience, but I feel compelled to! I ordered a full English breakfast, but it came out three times, and it was missing hash browns and black pudding. Without asking, they replaced those with fries. Half of the bacon was burned to a crisp, while the rest was mostly fat and undercooked. The sausage looked pale and unappetizing, and the toast was cold. To top it all off, they also brought out eggs Benedict that we didn't even order.

Love this place! Great food and great service! Would love to be local as we like to go here. Visited twice with social distancing and was tops???? Booked online since lockdown with Greenking and was waited on through out our stay! Thanx

Just got back having called in for lunch. Booked a table online, so no waiting there. Used the the app to order and pay for drinks which worked very smoothly. Food was delicious, staff were friendly and helpful, atmosphere was great. Three of us had a main meal and a drink each for less than £15 all in, under the “Eat out to help out” scheme! So great value! Thoroughly recommended!
