World Peace Cafe - Sheffield

Great place with lovely atmosphere, amazing food and great staff. I had the hand crafted bagel falafel burger and the mini pancakes which were so nice and filling!

I had been wanting to go to this cafe for a long time after hearing great things, but something always came up, or it was a day in which the place was closed. My friend and I were eager to go but felt disappointed on walking into the silent cold looking room. The staff were nice enough and took our orders, I wanted a cold drink as it was warm, but there was literally an elderflower drink or water in the fridge as they had forgotten to put drinks in there, so I asked if I could have a bottle of lemonade and a glass of ice I was told the drinks on show were really warm). We had a slice of cake and it was nice but nothing special. Both of us agreed it wasn’t great and won’t be returning.

Was so looking forward in visiting this cafe, when asked if they had a glass for my drink, was rudely told over there!!!! Had to wait for my tea which was left on the side for ages. The young lady who brought me my scone was really lovely and couldn’t do enough for us, the lady behind the counter taking the order was very cold and never smiled are made you feel comfortable. The food looks really lovely and our scone was delicious.

We took my twin brother and his wife to the peace Café for drinks. Coffees and teas. The coffees are some of the best. Lovely atmosphere-calming and amazing value. Definitely one of my favourite places. You must go!

Perfect environment, perfect food and drink. Just all perfect. I'll continue to visit as much as I can.
