La Villa Bistro - Shelburne

This rating is based on service the food was fantastic! We made a 6:45 reservation only to arrive and weren 't able to be seated until a little after 7. Our server seemed to be the only one on and another support server spent her time taking with a nearby table she apparently knew. The manager/hostess was also occupied talking at the bar with people she clearly knew the entire time. For a mom and pop restaurant it feels like they only cared about waiting on their friends. A table seated well after us got their food 20 minutes before we did. We waited for appetizers and when we were finishing up our server mentioned our entrees were up when they weren 't so again, we waited. She didn 't ask if we wanted another drink we had to ask for water, wine, fresh silverware. The food arrived hot and delicious but we were ready to walk out by the time it arrived. The food is worth it prices and service absolutely ruined it for us.

Went a bunch this summer to eat outside. Still awesome! Misty knoll chicken delicious and amazing!

The food was delicious! the waitress recommended the salmon that was served with beet, although I usually don't like torment, they were dressed with a djion sauce that was amazing. overall, good food, service and worth.

Went here with a group of friends. Wine list was diverse and unique. Food was great but the atmosphere was not the best. However, don't judge the atmosphere with the food. Had a great meal at an affordable cost. Fun to go with groups.
