I do not go very often into the subway, but this place was very helpful with the sorts to choose, personal was super and very clean place.
At the intersection of the autobahns 10 and 89, this subway is located halfway between our journey from kitchener and midland. we were greeted by a friendly staff that served fresh meat and vegetables.
It is a subway with the normal subway trip. However, the employees here seem unorganized and relatiw ignorance of basic customer service skills. not inviting, slow, little contact with customers when they almost as they do not care or interrupt their quiet time.
The staff at this location lacks basic customer service skills. They are understaffed, slow and behave as if all customers are inconvenience to them.I ordered online and went to pick up the order in store, service was absolutely terrible. We walked in and were never acknowledge. We asked for napkins because of a mess made with the drinks, completely ignored. Another customer had to speak up and tell them to give us napkins.
