Arby's - Shelby

The service was good and the food was hot and well prepared. I have the Classic Double with Fritten. The reason why they do not get 5 stars is because the restaurant was not very clean. I would come back, but there must be some attention to the general appearance of the shop.

This is one of my favorite Arbys stops between work at home. They are very friendly and they are missing on order they will correct it immediately without any adjustment. I found that this is not true in other places. Don't miss stopping here, I'm trying because Knitterfries!

You have to do THREE staff in the building to drive, dinate and execute orders... My food is fresh and made with a smile by the staff all while collecting their butts to prepare my and other orders! Please remember when you go to order and cut them a break when making a mistake, they cheer so much and really do the best they can! Good service and good food is especially short staff while keeping a smile and not crazy or rude!!!

Arby's food is great but this location can never get order correctTwice in one month.

This Arby's is really just terrible, waited over 25 min for seriously two thingsNot only does it take forever to get your order they are extremely rude.
