Biggby Coffee - Shelby Township

The owner is so friendly and this location is super clean, and has a great vibe with good music playing. Syreeta (sorry if I misspelled your name) is fantastic, I think she is the owner and she is the one making your coffee in the morning. Please support a woman-owned franchise, you won't be disappointed.

This Bigby has been amazing since re-opening, I don't go anywhere else but here now. The service is great, the baristas are friendly and attentive, always making my drink perfectly. John and his team have done a great job!

AHHH THEY ARE OPEN AGAIN! Found out they are under new ownership. The new owner is very friendly and outgoing. The service now is much better than before the reopening. The people serving my drinks really got to know me, and at least seemed like the cared. Definitely will come back for some more awesome drinks.

I am a Biggby fan in general. However, some places stand out. The 21 Hayes location is the friendliest, most welcoming Biggby I have ever been to. Keith was our Barista and made a phenomenal latte for me my friend. I will go out of my way to visit this location more!

I am from Texas i flew in to visit my family and they took me here to this location. I must say the breakfast and the caramel apple cider was so amazing. I heard its under new ownership and management so im assuming thats why the service was so great.. I def will be back
