Cold Stone Creamery - Shelby Township

Had never been here but decided to give it a go. The ice cream is a little on the pricey side however the portions are more than fair and by the time you add in all the mix ins, it’s as good or better a value than other places. I didn’t get their names but the two blonde girls that helped us were so nice. We will definitely be back!

The place was extremely busy, but the ice creams were fantastic. The dipped waffle bowl is definitely the highlight and the main reason to visit. The staff was friendly and managed to be quite efficient despite the large crowds that came in.

The staff truly deserves a raise considering how busy they are and the volume of DoorDash orders they handle. It's remarkable how they manage, and they should be compensated more than just a few cents—they deserve a couple of dollars extra. It's impressive that a couple of teenagers are managing such a large crowd on their own, and they deserve to be treated better by the owners.

The young woman who made my ice cream was an absolute delight. She mentioned that she would be attending MSU in the fall and had a wonderfully cheerful demeanor.

The store was very clean, and all three ladies were friendly and smiling (even with their masks on!). They did an excellent job of combining two similar custom orders. I wish I lived closer to this location!
