Waiter was knowledgeable and answered questions and the food came as ordered. I had Beef Chicken Diablo and my wife had the Chicken Alfredo. The fresh hot bread was yummy, I had the Michigan salad and it was really nice, worth the extra $1. My wife really enjoyed the Chicken Alfredo, I liked the Beef and Chicken Diablo, it had a nice flavor not too spicy. There were a couple of the beef tips were not the best, but overall a good meal. Portions were generous, prices were a little high but we enjoyed a quieter, nicer dinner. We do not drink alcohol but they did have a lot of wine selections and drinks. Menu had a lot of options that we will return to try other options. The overall experience and the cozy booth, good food, and good service makes this a keeper on our list in the Shelby Twp area.
Great!. We LOVE this place! Great service! Always busy, but never too crowded or too loud. Great food, good prices. Especially on half off wine night!! Have celebrated several birthdays, etc. here. We used to live around the corner from here, but have moved away. But we still drive the 20 miles to this place because it's that great!
First time visitor, and quite inpressed! Excellent prime rib, the tilapia special was perfect, and you MUST try the lobster and potato pierogi. Service was prompt and friendly, and the outdoor patio dining was lovely! Will definitely be back!
Great place for wine and food!. Never had a bad meal at Filippa's. It's one of those meals you'll spend a few extra dollars on, but it's very good. Great ribs, steaks, fish specials, pasta, etc.<br/ <br/ And they have a very good knowledge of wine and can pair up a meal and wine very well.<br/ <br/ Also, Wednesdays are $5.00 martini night in the bar. Any martini you can think of is only $5.00.
