Lakeside - Shelby Township

This store is always great but the cashier today is what made me write this review. Shout out to the cashier named Jacob working today that saw a coupon when I presented my bar code. Made sure I knew it was there and asked if I wanted to use it.

I do not think I will ever be able to shop anywhere but Target and this Target in the future. I cannot even express to you how truly amazing and kind their customer service is here. Their Store Director Jillian, went above and beyond for me today! In a crazy world, it is amazing to see the kindness towards customers and truly caring about them like the staff at Lakeside Target does! (I wish I could remember the lady at the customer service desk today around 2:00 p.m. because she was also amazing!

The starbucks here is wonderful very kind staff and the second best caramel frappuccino i’ve ever had in my life but almost tied with partridge creeks ! absolutely delicious!

Selina was very helpful at customer service. I had asked her about a gift card balance about a Visa gift card. Instead of telling me she couldn’t tell me the balance she politely wrote the number down on a piece of paper for me. I wasn’t able to see the number after she pointed it out and she quickly realized I couldn’t see it. She wrote down the number for me without having to tell her. Seems she goes above and beyond for customers.

Michael in the style department was so helpful today! He helped me pick out an outfit for my boyfriend. He even went above and beyond to look in the back room and grab the size I needed! I think he deserves a raise! Definitely a great employee!!
