Arby's - Shelby

Many of the promotions advertised on the restaurant's window require you to place your order through the Arby's app. When I downloaded the app to take advantage of the $3 off a $10 purchase or the $5 off a $20 deal, I found that it required me to make a payment in advance using Google Pay or a debit/credit card. I decided to pass on that and paid for my food in cash instead. It was quite disappointing! Service: Takeout.

Ordered a large fries and got hardly any. The Greek gyro and roast beef gyro was also horrible. Will not be going back. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

I received the wrong order entirely, and no one answers the phone for any inquiries. This is a prime example of laziness.

I didn't dine inside, just used the drive-thru. Food: 4/5 Service: 4/5.
