Very unsatisfied visit all around. Normally, they?re packed with both lines going out onto the highways. Nov. 30th, 2022 that wasn?t the case. Our order was rushed from the beginning, the cashier giving out a total after each item we added to rush us tothe window to pay. Order total was 24.71. We got home and my fiancé couldn?t eat his burger because it had been REHEATED. Thelettuce and tomato were SLIMY. Fast forward to this morning, Dec. 1st, I decided to check my card transactions and noticed thatcookout had taken 30.89 from my card instead of the ACTUAL total of 24.71. We have already taken the appropriate actions to havethese issues resolved but please check both your food, receipts and card transactions after doing business here. This behavioris absolutely unacceptable and I hope proper actions are being taken to prevent this from happening to anyone else.

You can get Cookout faster by making the 3 hour drive to Raleigh, ordering there, then making the 3 hour drive back than sitting in line at this senior center. Fast food? More like slow food. Cookout? More like Campout overnight waiting to get your order.Quicker to bring your own grill, set up and cook your own burgers in their parking lot. Rush to fill order. Never provide napkins unless you ask. Milk shakes are not mixed well. Strawberry shake has vanilla ice cream with strawberry added but not mixed.

Really good everytime I go. With prices being so expensive now this is a great place to go when you aren't in the mood to cook, but also need something cheap.
