Contribuisci feedbackThis is the only restaurant we've ordered from in the six years we've lived here, and we typically eat here maybe once or twice a year, but we won’t be coming back. We were missing a drink (I noticed this as we were pulling out but didn’t have time to go back in), and we also didn't receive the extra toast we ordered. Furthermore, I ordered an A.1. Burger but was given a deluxe instead, along with a cup of onion rings thrown in the bag. By the time we received our blizzards, they were already half melted. We drove 30 minutes to get there, waited almost 30 minutes for our food, and then drove home just to find that more than half of our order was incorrect. I think I’d rather drive 45 minutes to Lincolnton; maybe they’ll get it right there. It was acceptable to order from here when we first moved in, but now I’m more than willing to take my business elsewhere.
I ordered a banana split without whipped cream, but what I received was quite disappointing. It only had one strawberry, minimal strawberry topping, a few small pineapple chunks, a little chocolate, and a banana. I asked for more toppings, but I was told they couldn't provide any extra due to the high cost of strawberries. I couldn't believe it. The customer service was lacking. In the end, it felt like I just had vanilla ice cream and a banana. I definitely won't be ordering from there again!
What a difference a few weeks can make! Our last two visits to the Shelby, NC location were terrible! It seemed like an entirely new team that didn't know what they were doing. The sole cashier on duty struggled to operate the register. After he entered my order, I noticed it didn't match what I had requested and pointed it out to him. He tried to make changes and assured me it would be correct. Unfortunately, the order was still wrong when it was served to us. After waiting in line for 15 minutes to address the mistake, he said they would fix it. But it was wrong again! Several other customers were in the same boat. We definitely won't be returning until the staff is replaced. It was just absurd. I hope other customers share their experiences as I have. The staff wasn't rude at all; they just seemed unable to perform their tasks. This happened repeatedly over a few weeks.
Don?t waste your time and money purchasing an ice cream birthday cake from this place. They gave me the wrong size and as not to be difficult I took it just to drive home 8 minutes for a completely melted cake. Ordered a plain hot dog and all I got wasbread! Seriously?! Never going back.
We ordered and got our sundaes in less than 5 mins. It took them 40 mins or more just to make a cheeseburger and a 3 piece chicken tender. We ate the ice cream before we got our food. Employees are not working together to get the food out and the guymaking the food is very slow. Actually seen 1 guy walking around on his phone an barely doing anything. Never seen a managernowhere or seen any leadership in order to get the food out. I was not the only one who had to wait. I seen food go out wrong anhad to be brought back an I seen food left off of orders all while I was standing there for 40 mins. I really wished someonewould do something about getting people properly trained an getting faster with the orders. The manager should have stepped inan done something but no manager was anywhere to be seen.
