Izzi 'que Barbeque - Shelby

If you're a fan of brisket and barbecue, you need to check out Izzi Que! Their BBQ fries appetizer is absolutely fantastic and packed with fresh ingredients. If you live in Shelby and haven’t been to this place yet, you’re truly missing out! It’s definitely one of the best, if not the best, consistently excellent restaurants in the city.

Great bar with occasional live music. There's really no need to discuss the service or food, as most regular diners are already aware of the unfortunate reality.

Truly disappointing experience: It took 2.5 hours for our food to arrive, and when it finally did, it was cold and lacked any flavor—I didn't even touch it. After an hour, I had to ask the manager who our server was since we hadn’t seen her at all. Three hours later, I left feeling frustrated and hungry.

Amazing! The food and atmosphere was perfect! I’m serious the shrimp and grits were phenomenal! Patty made sure our meal was exceptional! Highly recommend!

The hush puppies and beef brisket tasted amazing. Service great as well. The layout of the restaurant, including the deck outside the bar area. Love the blues theme!! Ty Katie Gunter is the best bartender EVER!
