Contribuisci feedbackThe woman handling the food was incredibly rude to everyone. Even after we stated our order, she continued to serve several other customers ahead of us. One man had been waiting for over an hour just to get two cheese pizzas. There was no explanation or apology for the delays—just nothing but rudeness. I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere to Papa John’s or Domino’s. After being a loyal Little Caesars customer for 25 years, I won’t be returning.
The female staff at this restaurant seem to be more focused on chatting among themselves than attending to customers. There's a baby bottle left sitting on the back counter, which is unprofessional. One staff member has long hair that's not properly tied back. During my visit, a customer had to reach behind the counter to grab napkins for themselves. The overall service was lacking, especially considering they were closing soon. The only positive note was the pizza from the box, which was decent. I would advise others to avoid this place.
I approached the counter to order food, but all the staff were outside, and the lighting was poor, making it quite dark. I noticed three employees outside, so I rolled down my window and asked if they were open. After three attempts to get a response, they finally confirmed they were indeed open. However, one of the employees went inside right away without acknowledging the customers, and I never saw any proper sanitation practices, like handwashing. It seemed like only one person was handling everything inside while the others were clearly enjoying their time off. It's disappointing to see how some fast-food places treat their customers and potential customers. After waiting in the parking lot for a moment and observing the situation, I decided to take my business elsewhere and ended up at Pizza Hut, where I was very satisfied. I keep going back there, and this is the truth. It seems like the owner needs to rethink how to prioritize both customer service and employee management, as this experience was far from welcoming.
The food was fresh and hot. Customer service could be better. Not very friendly. atmosphere was the same, not so friendly, but food was really good
We have been to the one in Shelby 3 weeks in a row. And have been told they are not selling anymore crazy bread. And this is at 830 pm. The lobby was full of waiting people. Several people behind me walked out. I thought it was called HOT AND READY.. I WILL NOT BE BACK. VERY RUDE PEOPLE WORKS THERE...I have seen them come in from smoking and not wash their hands as well. The music is way to loud.
