Pizza Palace - Shelby

Their pizza boasts an amazing crust – perfectly thin and crispy, while still maintaining body, not quite falling into the "thin crust" category. You can spot the authentic oven-baked technique by the slight char on the bottom, which enhances the flavor without being burnt. The Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza looked like a mountain of shredded lettuce had toppled onto it, but they simply added fresh lettuce and tomatoes after baking. I loved this concept because it almost felt like eating a sandwich. The ranch wasn't drenched all over the pizza, but rather just enough to complement the flavors, and the chicken and bacon were generously heaped on – you definitely get your money's worth here! The Buffalo Chicken Pizza was just as impressive, featuring several areas with pools of hot wing sauce, making for a delightful treat. Interestingly, it had bacon as well, which made it a bit on the salty side, but still delicious overall. The Supreme pizza was fantastic too, with a well-balanced tomato sauce and abundant toppings. Our family of nine thoroughly enjoyed Napoli’s Pizza, and I wholeheartedly recommend that anyone living in or near Shelby to give it a try. It’s truly that good!
