Qdoba Mexican Eats - Shelby

I used to love this place, but it has gone downhill. My order of 3 tacos only came with 2 tacos each, and there was only a small amount of chicken in each one.

The food at QDOBA was good and met expectations for a meal at a similar restaurant. When we arrived a few minutes after opening, we used the restrooms before ordering. Unfortunately, the men's restroom was in poor condition and visibly had not been cleaned for some time. The Freestyle soda machine was also not working properly, offering only a limited selection of options. It would be beneficial for the management team to address these issues to ensure a better overall dining experience.

Update as of 1/19/21 - We revisited the restaurant and unfortunately, nothing has improved. If the front is dirty, one can only imagine the state of the back. The food is satisfactory, but the overall cleanliness of the place leaves much to be desired. The establishment is frequently dirty and not properly maintained at the start of the day. The pictures speak for themselves, showing the condition of the business at 11:15 am.

Our family loves this qdoba! we eat here quite regularly! the staff is super helpful and friendly! they never shy on the size of the portion! also qdoba rewards are great! we always deserve free meals!

I frequent this location and it's usually late at night toward the end of their hours due to my work schedule. The staff are always friendly and the food is usually good. Tonight the guy who helped me (I didn't catch his name) held such a nice genuine conversation with me while he got my food. I told him I had sick kids at home and was headed home from work to that. After preparing everything and ringing me out he remembered and wished my kids better and even offered applesauce for them! Just such a eye opener in today's world of crazy to have someone kind at the end of a long day.
