Bj's Restaurant Brewhouse - Shelbyville

Our waitress was attentive and helpful in describing the entrees, and keeping glasses full. The food was excellent, and the desserts are varied and good. We will be back soon!

Server Steve was great. Had a nice meal and great time with my wife. Overall experience was fun. We will be back.

Great food and great service to watch college football.

Food is always incredible at the BJs. However, each time we’ve come here, the service has always been a bit...lacking. This one was the worst. Food forgotten, wrong order, waiting a long time for everyone’s food to be delivered, etc. but, Our server was really busy and we completely understand that small mistakes can happen. The reason for the negative review? The hostess was obnoxious. When we didn’t have a table for our reservation, she responded with “Well, it’s an Open Table reservation. That’s not really a real reservation.” After she seated us, I realized the kids didn’t get crayons so I went up to grab some. She was busy so I went to get some myself big mistake. She was unhappy and asked what I was doing. I asked if I could have a couple crayons for the kids and she rolled her eyes, sighed, and reluctantly got them for me. Her attitude to us and others was unacceptable throughout the night. Maybe she was having a bad day? Either way, it was weird to be greeted by someone hostile. I hope that whatever is going on gets better for her.

It's ok. But didn't care for the service. Little slow and food was cold when it got to my table. Ordered prime rib. Was cold and the auju sauce was watered down..
