Recent changes have led to higher prices while the quality and portion sizes have diminished.

I was very disappointed. We ordered two chicken sticks, but the gravy was watery, both in consistency and taste. The toast was burnt, and the chicken strips looked and tasted like they had been sitting out for four hours.

Went here almost every night while on vacation. Employees were very polite and quick. Very little waiting time for blizzards even when drive up was around the building.

First off a while back at a benefit we purchased a gift certificate for an ice cream cake. A little while and not knowing Dairy Queen switched ownership. New Owner wouldn’t honor the certificate for a free ice cream cake. Being in a small town I knew the lady behind the counter so I did not make any disturbance about it and paid off it and went on. Now some time later we just spent $26 for two 6 piece chicken strip baskets and drinks. The toast was old and hard the fries were cold and old. The meals were terrible I will not go back

I ordered a Blizzard that I've been enjoying for five years. The Dairy Queen in Shelbyville is one of the best places that can make it just right. Food: 5/5, Service: 5/5, Atmosphere: 5/5. Highly recommended!
