I would advise against visiting that restaurant. They have taken my money and haven't fulfilled my order correctly. I've been shortchanged twice there. I would rate them a 0 out of 10.
I ordered 4 biscuits and took literally 34 minutes. In that time everyone that ordered ,their order was incorrect. Leadership would go a long way at this place.
I had a negative experience at this location, but yesterday I was helped by a wonderful Black lady who took my order. She was incredibly nice, educated, and kind. Plus, my order was correct for the first time! KFC should definitely give her a raise.
This place is a train wreck! Placed online order, was not ready at noted time. They don't start making online or mobile orders until all orders are cleared first and you arrive. Was not able to get order due to several previous orders being wrong. Theyhave to spend more time fixing what they messed up rather than taking time to do it right. This place won't stay in businesslong, closing at 7 due to staffing issues and incorrect orders. We won't be back unless management changes.
