Contribuisci feedbackThe food was great! However, ordering it was not easy. There were 3 people around the front counter registers talking. They were telling customers to order using the kiosks. We placed our order using the kiosk just to be told that we would have to pay at the front counter. The kiosks were not accepting ANY form of payment. The ladies asked what we needed when we stepped up to pay. To say customer service was seriously lacking would be putting it lightly.
It was a very nice experience. It's been a long time since I've had service like that. Manager was on point. ?
If Customer Service isn't dying, it's pretty bad off. I ordered a simple cheeseburger, fry and a coke seems easy enough. When I was paying I asked the Window Guy if I could pay for the car behind me. Window Guy gave me my card and receipt and, did not acknowledge my request and closed the window. I waited a minute or two thinking he would ask me if there was anything else but he never opened the window. Someone missed out on a free lunch and me, my Karmic blessing. When did McD's change their buns? It's was like biting thru wax. Fries where half cooked and the coke didn't have enough ice to make the drink cold. All the while fast food companies and franchisees are perplexed as to why they are contemplating bankruptcy.
The lady at taking orders this morning at about 8:45 AM. WAS RUDE!
Clean lobby fast and we'll cooked food, staff can be slow to take orders in lobby but drive through is good.
