Mcdonald's - Shelbyville

Isaac did an amazing job taking care of our order. If he's not on the path to management, he definitely should be! He was extremely professional, polite, and personable.

Ordered a number 6 meal and specifically requested a plain cheeseburger. However, they added all the toppings on it and half of the fries were missing from the box.

The drive-through staff was incredibly rude. They became upset when I declined a drink carrier and accused me of being rude when all I was doing was stating my preference. I was not impressed with their behavior and will not be returning to this establishment.

It doesnt seem to matter if the drive thru is full or empty, the time it takes to get your food will be about the same. Very slow, but at least the food always tastes the same.

This McDonalds is one of the worst I've been to and continues to show it with their rude and unprofessional staff. We went here today only because we were right across the street. They only gave us half our order even though we had our receipt showing what we ordered and they argued and told us our receipt was wrong. They told us we would have to pay for whatever else we wanted even though our receipt showed we had already paid for the items. Them employee that we dealt with yelled and argued with us the entire time. and refused to give us her name or allow us to speak to someone else.
