I got a boba tea but they did not have a straw wide enough to suck boba through.

Almost never open during hours of operation. Delicious boba tea though.

This is a protein shake and tea shop that uses Herbalife products. The menu is pretty massive and primarily written in a chalkboard, so it can be somewhat overwhelming. Some flavors are available on a laminated menu near the register, but it appears to be limited to best sellers or seasonal flavors. Many of the flavors are more or less the same with slight nuances. They taste great, but a smaller menu that a customer can customize themselves may be less intimidating.From an ordering perspective, to see if something is ok to eat for your allergens (gluten, etc) the staff have to dig through a binder to see what the specific shake contains. The staff is always friendly and happy to do this, however, if there's a line it can cause a longer wait for other patrons. (Usually only 1 person working the counter)I think if the menu was paired down slightly, if the menu on the wall had descriptions of flavors (or allergen friendly items noted), and/or had the menu available via website/QR code it would help.

The doors were locked and no one was there during their open hours.

This is the cutest little business!! Customer service was amazing and my shake was fantastic and the price was really good compared to other drink shops. This is a small business that deserves all the business! Soo many choices of drinks and such an awesome experience with the owner!
