We waited 45 minutes for our food to arrive, in which time the waitress never checked on us. When our food finally did arrive, all the burgers and sandwiches were cold. The fried cod from the fish and chips was steaming hot, but tasted like it was microwaved. Burgers were sitting on the counter for 10 minutes. There was a complete lack of communication and professionalism. The best part of the experience was sitting between a bunch of pokestops and the waitress refunded our foodeven that took forever.

We had a terrible experience! We waited for over one hour for our food. When it arrived, there were multiple issues-wings were ice cold (like they came out of a refrigerator), no condiments with quesadilla, no salad that was ordered, wrong sauce on other order of wings. Talked to Manager and then Owner. New waitress was blamed for everything which clearly not all of it was her fault. Never received an apology from owner, just a $25 gift card so we would come back and not give bad reviews. I would NEVER come back so used gift card to pay for part of the bill as it didn't cover it all. WILL NEVER RETURN!!

Pudders used to be our favorite place in town. We went all the time and loved it. However, we got food poisoning from there four times in a row, and last time we went, my husband saw one of the cooks go into the bathroom wearing his apron!! Absolutely disgusting. Their standards seem to have gone down dramatically since this never happened under the previous owners. We are never ever going back. Service: Dine in
