Best meal and experience of our vacation friendly, but professional staff, idyllic setting (we sat on the veranda, incredible food (we love to make small or no decisions!! , only place I've ever been that every wine is available through the glass (brilliant). Drilled to hear that you may remain open during the summer season. We'll be back.

Very special experience: great food; wonderful chefs, charming and interesting waiters, charming and helpful administration; no hype, Razzle Dazzle, Pretense or rough noise. All charm and good food. A party had birthday and the staff helped us celebrate. One in our party could not eat clams and they have something else sweet and humorous repaired. The price-fixed menu was exceptional. Fun wine pairings and delicious cocktails. Worth the cost. New location was spacious, stylish and away from traffic. Best place on North Fork and Shelter Island BY FAR.

Really great culinary experience with sophisticated food and wine pairings. Some of the best foods at East End, and its all locally harvested.

My wife and I loved our experience at 18 Bay. Jimmy, the general manager, greeted us when we first walked in and asked us to choose an open table, which was perfect for us. I chose to pre purchase a special occasion wine pairing which was a little pricey but wanted to impress my wife. She loves to try different wines. Jimmy poured each glass and came over to the table to give us a little history of each bottle. He was very knowledgeable and always offered to give her a different wine if she did not like the one he chose for her. The food was very tasty and satisfying. The service was excellent and the ambiance perfect. Overall the night was terrific. Thank you Jimmy and the 18 Bay Team
